Building a home from another state can be challenging; however, Crider Mitchell provided us with excellent customer service, keeping us apprised of the work progress via email, phone, and text photos. A year or so ago, I decided that I wanted to build a house! I selected Crider-Mitchell as my contractor and, now looking back over the whole experience, I can say that that was the best choice I could have made. I have a home that is so well built that everyone who comes into it comments on the excellent craftsmanship and the quality of the work. At the same time, the whole experience was relevantly pain-free! Stephen Mitchell thought of every single detail that needed attention and planning and that made my decision-making so much easier. Stephan and his staff were also very attentive to my needs and helped me with some minor tasks as well as helping me make decisions about where to locate things like a hot tub!
At the end of the project (February 2013), I moved into my new home! It was everything I envisioned it would be and more! I could not be happier about this home than I am. One of the things that Stephen helped me do well was to include enough information about each decision so that, in the end, I always felt that I was making informed decisions. Another important point is that this project was always well supervised and the work site was always clean. That meant a lot to me as I visited the site every day straignt from work.
I love my home and find myself admiring different places and features in it every day! Thanks to Stephen, Tim and the rest of the staff for a beautiful place to live!
